A refreshing cocktail
Bellini: a touch of Italy in your glass
Created by Giuseppe Cipriani, bartender at Harry's Bar in Venice in 1943, the Bellini is inspired by the work of Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini.
Start your evening in style with the classic Bellini, a refreshing Venetian cocktail.
Ingredients :
- 50 ml homemade peach purée
- Chilled brut Champagne
- Recipe for Homemade Peach Puree: Remove the skin and stone from the fruit, place in a blender, add one teaspoon of lemon juice per peach used, blend for a few seconds and freeze your puree.
Serve in a flute, stir gently with a mixing spoon and garnish the rim of the glass with a wedge of fresh peach for a perfect presentation.

Cider Punch: an explosion of freshness for your summer evenings
Surprise your guests with a Cider Punch, a low-alcohol cocktail perfect for special summer occasions.
Ingredients :
- 250 ml fine sherry
- 110 g caster sugar
- Juice of one lemon, squeezed
- Grated nutmeg
- 1 bottle of chilled brut cider
- 60 ml VS Cognac
Pour the first three ingredients into a punch bowl, grate in a little nutmeg, stir and top up with fresh cider. Add a slice of ice cream, finish with the cognac, garnish with lemon peel and cucumber rind, and serve immediately.

Old Fashioned: Timeless elegance in a glass
Make an Old Fashioned to your taste for a drink that embodies the very essence of the cocktail.
This cocktail, which can be customised to your taste, symbolises the term ‘cocktail’ when it first appeared in the United States over two centuries ago.
Ingredients :
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- 2-3 drops Angostura Bitters
- 60 ml of your favourite spirit
Pour the ingredients into an Old Fashioned glass, add a few ice cubes and stir gently. Garnish as desired with a twist of orange, a slice of lemon or a brandied cherry.
Suggested alcohols: Bourbon, Amber Rum, Suze, Cognac, Mezcal, Scotch whisky.
