From the moment she arrived in September 2023, Clara has enthusiastically embraced the challenges of her work-study position, looking after reception in the hotel, restaurant, and spa. "I love welcoming guests, connecting with them, pleasing them and seeing the wonder in their eyes," confides Clara, who finds the daily variety of challenges a constant source of motivation.

Clara plays a key role in the development of enriching projects for the Château, in particular restoring its history and proposing new hotel offers. Her ability to come up with fresh ideas contributes to the continuous improvement of the customer experience. "I'm currently working on two exciting projects: restoring the Château's history and creating new hotel packages in collaboration with the managers," explains Clara. Outside the walls of Château de Maubreuil, Clara escapes into the vibrant world of Formula 1 and travel, passions that broaden her horizons and refine her approach to customer service. "I'm fascinated by F1 and cars, and I love exploring new landscapes and cities," says Clara with infectious enthusiasm. Travelling enriches her mind and infuses richness into her interaction with customers, creating a bespoke service of the highest quality.

Her love of cars has given rise to moments that are as amusing as they are instructive: "Even as a Porsche fan, it was difficult for me to find the boot of a customer's car when he asked me to collect his luggage. It was a funny scene for an enthusiast like me," she shares, punctuating the story with a hearty laugh.

At Le Château, Clara is delighted with the dynamic atmosphere and the exceptional working environment. "Routine is an unknown word here. The team is young and there's a great atmosphere. The working environment is simply fabulous, and the supervision of work-study students by the managers is remarkable," she explains, emphasising the excellent quality of the professional support she receives.
