With a wealth of experience in tourism, hotel and restaurant management, Caroline successfully joined Château de Maubreuil in August 2023, bringing valuable expertise to the role. After excelling in a 4-star hotel in Bordeaux, she was attracted by the exceptional setting of the Château, seeing the opportunity to be closer to her family while developing professionally in a prestigious environment.

As Sales Manager, Caroline orchestrates the organisation of both private and business events with care and dedication. From the meticulous preparation of quotations to the warm welcome extended to customers, not forgetting coordination with the various departments, she ensures that every event runs smoothly. Her remit also extends to business development, where she excels at expanding her customer portfolio and winning new markets.

Caroline's passion for perfection is the driving force behind her day-to-day work. She finds immense satisfaction in seeing events run smoothly, often surpassing clients' expectations to create unforgettable memories. "Organising every detail and seeing the joy in our clients' eyes is what I'm most passionate about," she confides.

She is particularly proud of organising a spectacular wedding, the first to fully privatise the estate, a moving experience that reinforced her love for her profession. She tells us, "A wedding is a very special event, with lots of emotions, and the whole team did their utmost to make it the most beautiful day of their lives. I put a lot of effort into organising this event and the words of the bride and groom afterwards really touched me." Caroline brings not only impeccable organisation and flawless attention to detail, but also a caring atmosphere and team spirit that reinforce cohesion within the Château.

Aside from her responsibilities, Caroline is an avid traveller, always on the lookout for new cultural experiences. "Travel enriches my understanding of the world and inspires my work here at the Château," she explains, enthusiastically anticipating her next trip to India.
