Meet Henri, Head of Catering.
Henri Émeriau has a solid background in the luxury hotel industry. Before joining Château de Maubreuil, he spent several years as head of catering and banqueting at two five-star establishments in Paris. This experience enabled him to acquire a perfect command of the standards of excellence, as well as a natural ease with an international clientele thanks to his perfect command of English.
Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the capital, Henri chose to join the Château de Maubreuil to put his expertise at the service of an exceptional place. As head of catering, he is responsible for the smooth coordination of the teams, customer satisfaction and the quality of each service. ‘It's a job that requires rigour, listening and the ability to adapt constantly. I see it as the role of an orchestra conductor: everyone has to be in harmony to ensure that the service is a success’, he explains.
Henri derives great satisfaction from the positive feedback he receives from customers, but also from the team dynamic that he strives to nurture every day. He attaches particular importance to collaboration with the other departments at Château de Maubreuil, convinced that excellence can only be achieved through collective synergy. Passionate about French gastronomy and local wines, he draws his inspiration and motivation from the pleasures of the table, which he enjoys sharing with authenticity.
