Having successfully risen through the ranks at Oceania Hotels in Nantes, Alexander was attracted by the prestige and development opportunities offered by the Château de Maubreuil in September 2023. His rapid rise from Premier de Réception to Chef de Réception is testament to his expertise and commitment to five-star service. "I am the guarantor of the quality of the five-star service at reception. Every detail counts in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests," explains Alexander.

As the central hub of reception, Alexander expertly oversees reservations and arrivals for the hotel, restaurant and spa, rigorously ensuring that the Château's high standards are met. Customer satisfaction, smooth flow management and optimising the customer experience are all at the heart of his concerns.

Alexander's passion for his job shines through in every day interaction. "Our business is service. Making our customers happy makes me happy," he shares enthusiastically. He finds particular satisfaction in solving day-to-day challenges, especially when it comes to exceeding customer expectations, such as managing a holiday for an American businessman, a project he considers to be one of his greatest successes.
