Since her arrival at Château de Maubreuil in August 2023, Typhaine, our Chef de Partie, has established herself as a central figure in our gastronomic establishment, La Table du Marquis. It's with a blend of creativity, passion and savoir-faire that she awakens the taste buds of our guests, day after day.
Typhaine began her culinary journey with a BAC Pro Cuisine, followed by a specialization in plated desserts, marking the start of a beautiful career. She forged her experience in Nantes at the "Lamacotte" restaurant, before venturing to Val d'Isère, exploring diverse culinary horizons. In December 2022, she joined our team, finding her true calling within our prestigious establishment.
What sets Typhaine apart is her unwavering determination to excel in the culinary arts. Every dish she prepares is a celebration of her passion for cooking. She confides: "Every dish we send out is a source of pride, a piece of myself offered to our customers." Her cooking is not just a profession, it's a vocation, an art of living.
