Arthur's relentless pursuit of excellence has made him a rising star in the exquisite world of sommellerie and gastronomy. From his academic beginnings to his arrival at Château de Maubreuil, he has combined passion, ambition, expertise and a love of oenology to create exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.
Holding a Baccalauréat in Hotel and Catering Science and Technology, Arthur perfected his art through a BTS in Hotel and Catering Management, forging his know-how through a judicious balance between theory and practice. This formative period was punctuated by notable stints in renowned establishments such as Manoir de la Boulaie and Manoir de la Régate, where his passion for sommellerie took off. It was at La Table du Marquis, the gastronomic flagship of Château de Maubreuil, that Arthur continued his ascent as a sommelier. Within the walls of our prestigious establishment, he has established himself as a pillar, combining cutting-edge expertise with an unbridled passion for fine wines.
Every day, Arthur is driven by his relentless desire to offer an unparalleled taste experience to our guests, a testament to his excellence and deep passion for his craft. He says with fervor: "For me, being a sommelier is a passion in its own right. But there's also a crucial aspect: customer relations. The dialogue, the sharing of knowledge with customers."
