In a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, the cuisine pays tribute to French culinary classics, reimagined with finesse using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients—some of which come directly from La Ferme de Maubreuil.

- Trout, tender Jerusalem artichoke, and coffee infusion.
