The Périgord black truffle, renowned for its delicate scent of undergrowth, earth and subtle peppery notes, is a rare and prized treasure. With this in mind, our chefs,
Ingrid and Guillaume Decombat, have taken up the challenge of designing a unique menu, which will take place on January 30, 2025, to offer you a never-before-seen interpretation.

Whether you're a truffle enthusiast, a lover of new flavours, or would like to introduce your friends and family to this black diamond, we warmly invite you to share in this exceptional dinner. As well as savouring dishes created by our chefs, specially designed to sublimate the truffle at our Table du Marquis, you will have the privilege of tasting these dishes accompanied by food and wine pairings selected by our sommelier.
