Meet Manon, Sales Assistant.

A recent graduate, Manon embraced the world of luxury hotels by pursuing a Bachelor's degree specialized in management at Vatel Nantes. Her academic journey was punctuated by captivating internships, from Megève to Brussels, in 4-star establishments, before blossoming in a prestigious 5-star Parisian hotel. Keen to hone her expertise, she then embarked on a Master's degree in event management, consolidating her unique know-how.

Her arrival at Château de Maubreuil last August was no accident, but the choice of an exceptional setting renowned for its excellence. "The Château de Maubreuil, with its unique prestige and commitment to excellence, captured my attention and awakened in me the desire to contribute to its influence," she confides.

In the hustle and bustle of daily hotel life, Manon quickly found her place, driven by a dynamic that constantly pushes her to excel. In charge of sales and event management, she brilliantly orchestrates the organization of seminars, weddings and other receptions, with the ambition of making the Château an essential venue for prestigious events.

What fuels her daily passion? The constant challenge of meeting ever-changing demands and transforming every event into a memorable experience. Her secret lies in continuous stimulation, driven by novelty and challenge. "Being at the heart of the creation and management of unique events allows me to deploy my creativity and actively contribute to the evolution of the Château," she reveals.

Beyond her professional skills, Manon brings a freshness and curiosity to the team, coupled with an unfailing optimism. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs are proving to be major assets in the success of her mission. The anecdote of a touching gesture from a customer during an internship in Brussels perfectly illustrates her exceptional devotion to offering quality service: "An elderly gentleman had booked a week, but his wife couldn't make it. I drew up a list of restaurants for him to do to avoid boredom. To thank me, this gentleman offered me a dessert every evening on returning from each restaurant. I found the gesture very touching, because after all, all I did was my job," she says.

Outside the walls of the Château, Manon escapes into the world of gymnastics and downhill skiing, a testament to her constant quest for excellence and self-improvement. Her passion for organization, although she modestly describes it as "less fun", proves to be an invaluable skill in event management.

Known for her keen sense of observation and ability to intuitively understand the needs of others, Manon stands out for her adaptability and attention to detail.
