A visionary at the crossroads of the automotive and luxury worlds, Lucile's ambition and insatiable quest for challenges have set her apart in the world of Communications and Marketing right from the start.
With a Master's degree in Brand Identity and Strategy from Bordeaux, Lucile quickly distinguished herself by her ambition and appetite for challenges. Her passion for the automotive sector led her to start her career at Pays de Loire Automobiles BMW BMWi MINI as a work-study student, before rising through the ranks to become Marketing and Communications Manager. This formative experience sharpened her skills and steered her career path towards the luxury sector, revealing her desire to explore new horizons.
After nearly six years immersed in the world of a famous German manufacturer, her path branched off into new horizons at the dawn of her thirties. Lucile recalls with nostalgia: "I can still hear the tyres squealing and the engines rumbling, a setting where I had the immense good fortune to develop, grow, learn, succeed, fail, make things happen, and above all to work with exceptional people". From now on, the keys she holds are no longer the ones that let you hit the road, but the ones that let you drop off your luggage, where she has been working for the past ten months as head of the Marketing and Communications department.
Although cars are a long way from her daily routine, her attachment remains: "I like to secretly watch the beautiful BMWs, which is a pleonasm, parked in the hotel car park".
As Marketing & Communications Manager, Lucile excels at promoting our Relais & Château house, orchestrating marketing and communications strategies that are consistent with the estate's values. She finds motivation in the unique story of the Château. Working closely with all the teams and her part-time assistant, Lucile advocates mutual learning and synergy to achieve excellence.
Lucile says: "What excites me most is the opportunity to tell the unique story of the Château. The fact that the establishment is still in its infancy, with all the challenges that entails, is a huge motivation for me.
Lucile is an assertive, passionate and determined feminist. An inexhaustible source of inspiration, she is a generous soul who readily shares her passion for travel, particularly to Italy, as well as her interest in cinema and especially TV series.
What resonates with Lucile is her ability to harmonise tradition and innovation at Château de Maubreuil. Always ready to rise to a challenge, she expresses her ideas and convictions forcefully, demonstrating a pugnacity that is a real professional asset. As an expert in marketing and communications, she is constantly on the lookout for the latest trends, whether in her field or in popular culture, and is an unconditional fan of Céline Dion.
