Under the star-spangled canopy of the Salon Nomade, large white-tablecloth tables welcome you in an intimate atmosphere. Our chef Clément Vincent, a true artisan of culinary innovation, has orchestrated a four-course menu with his brigade. Each dish is a celebration of the richness of our garden and seasonal produce, promising a taste experience that honours the earth.
